What we collect
Our forms collect your name, email and the preferences you choose to share. Our contact form collects a topic and message so our team can respond. Volunteer and support forms may also collect your organization, region, skills, availability, message and recognition preferences. Please do not submit children’s information or medical records.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, review volunteer interests or follow up about supporting EnablingPath. Development and launch updates are sent only when you opt in. Submitting a form does not create an app account.
Public recognition is your choice
Your form submission is private. We will only recognize confirmed support publicly with your permission and according to your display preferences. Saving support interest does not publish your name or amount.
Payments and accounts
Payments are not open on this preview. We do not request or store card details. A future Supporter account invitation is optional and separate from saving your interest.
Storage and access
Requests are saved for the EnablingPath team to review. Form submissions are not accessible through the public website. Limited request information is used to prevent spam. We do not sell your form details. We keep them while needed for your request or chosen updates, and you can ask us to remove them.
AI guide
The guide answers general questions using our approved initiative information. Your question and up to four earlier questions from this open chat are sent to OpenAI to produce an answer. We do not save chat transcripts or provide the guide with form submissions, account records or private files. OpenAI may retain limited data under its API policies. Please keep personal and medical information out of chat.
We use hashed visitor identifiers and question counts to enforce five questions per day. Records older than two days are removed during later requests. The allowance resets at midnight UTC, shown in your local time in the guide. A necessary, signed cookie remembers anonymous visitors for up to 30 days; signed-in visitors use their account allowance. Shared connections also have an abuse limit. Clearing cookies does not guarantee additional access.
Spam protection
The contact form uses self-hosted ALTCHA verification and request limits. Your browser completes a small security check, which our server verifies before saving a message. This check does not send your form details to a CAPTCHA service.
Video and social links
The embedded film connects to YouTube only when you choose to play it. YouTube and linked social platforms have their own privacy practices. These links do not sign you up for EnablingPath updates.
Display preferences
Accessibility settings are saved only in this browser. They are not sent with forms or AI questions. Use Reset preferences to restore the standard display.
Your choices
To correct or remove your information, withdraw recognition permission or stop updates, use our contact form and choose “Privacy or my information.”
Who operates EnablingPath
EnablingPath is a community-focused division of A&A Inomatic, LLC, a for-profit company, not a nonprofit. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable gifts.
